These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the security scanning and penetration testing platform operated by Blue Blip Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Use of the Service is prohibited where doing so would violate applicable law.
By submitting a target you represent, warrant, and agree that:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@bluebliptech.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false registration information, share credentials, or engage in any activity that violates these Terms.
The Service enables you to:
The Service uses automated recon and analysis tools including, but not limited to, Nmap, WhatWeb, Whois, Dig, and Nikto. All scanning is conducted by Company administrators on verified targets only. You will not have direct access to scan tooling.
Reports are provided for informational purposes. The Company does not guarantee that reports will identify every vulnerability present in a target system, and findings should be reviewed by qualified security professionals before remediation decisions are made.
The price for each completed scan report is set by a Company administrator after the scan is complete. You will be notified of the price before being charged. Payment must be made in full before the report is released for download.
All fees are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Fees are non-refundable once a report has been downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at billing@bluebliptech.com.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Blue Blip Tech LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
Scan reports purchased by you are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You retain no rights in the underlying scan tooling or analysis methodology.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM SECURITY VULNERABILITIES.
Penetration testing reports reflect the state of the target system at the time of the scan. Vulnerability landscapes change rapidly; the Company makes no representation that a scan result will remain accurate after the scan date.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLUE BLIP TECH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Blip Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your scanning of targets you were not authorised to test; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without notice, for any violation of these Terms, suspected unauthorised use, or activity that may expose the Company or third parties to liability. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
Sections 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
